Bud was so great to work with! He helped my husband and I sell our home and  find a great new home and he honestly looked out for our best interest. 
He was willing to take the time to work with us and help us find a home that we could afford.  After knowing Bud for a short time, I can honestly say that he is a man of character and integrity, which is not always easy to find. 

I have referred Bud to several different individuals that are looking into buying or selling a home and I would not hesitate to do it again in the future.

To all contemplating buying a new home,

After adding a new member to our family, we began searching high and low to find a new home. We were looking for more space and a better neighborhood for our bouncy baby girl to grow up in.

We had been scouring the internet, checking the paper and picking up reality magazines searching for our dream home. We had met with several realtors and been to several homes. We came across Bud’s website and gave him a call. Over the next week we looked at 12 properties with Bud, but we were unable to find our perfect home in our price bracket.

Finally, in a desperate attempt we began cruising around town looking for sale signs. We found our perfect match in a for sale by owner home. We weren’t even sure Bud could help us obtain our home, but we gave him a call to find out. Turns out the sellers were thousands of miles away in California and were relieved to leave all the busy work to Bud. Bud went to the property himself to give it the once over and make sure it was a good value.

He did all our negotiating, wrote all the contracts, made all the calls and even accompanied us to the closing. Throughout our closing period he would call to check in on us and see that everything was going smoothly. After our signing he has still taken a genuine interest in our family.

I would recommend Bud Jones to anyone who didn’t want to be just another commission. To anyone who would like a friend and knowledgeable guide to help the find the right fit in a home. I feel that Bud Jones gave us more than the appropriate time and attention. Thank you Bud.

Hi Bud,

In the beginning when we found your web site we addressed you as Mr Jones. However over the last few months we have come to be great friends so that's the reason for the informal greeting.

We have been so very pleased to have a realtor who actually worked on our behalf. The mere fact that we have done a good amount of business through e-mail and faxing has proven how you took care of things for us while we still reside down here in Arkansas and were buying a home in Missouri.
